Special program for students at Vivekananda Cultural Center

 



A special program for students is offered by Vivekananda Cultural Center in Vivekanandar Illam campus (Triplicane, Chennai).


It is specially for students who have passed Class 12 and are waiting to join courses in engineering/medical/ or UG courses.


The classes focus on self confidence measures, how to face challenges of life and Indian values and culture. Only limited seats are available and fee is Rs 1000.


The classes are from July 4 to July 9, for six days,

This store is busy as school re-opening draws near

  Blahi Stationary Store on Lloyds Road has been a busy place as students begin to go back to school. Shop owner K.M. Mohammad Farooq said that there has been a high demand for items like lunch bag (Rs.49), school bags sold at Rs.300 and water bottles sold at Rs.30.    This store also sells long notebooks, record notes and charts.  For school students, products like wrapping paper, pens, pencils and ruled notebooks are on sale.
