Big demand for school bags at this Triplicane store

 


There is a sudden demand for school bags at New Golden Bags and Trollys shop on Triplicane High Road. 


The owner of the store, Khaja Mohideen says the sales are picked up recently because of school’s reopening. 


Brands like Skybag, Adidas, Wildcraft, American Tourister are sold at this shop.


The original price of such bags is Rs.680 but they are sold at Rs.550 at this store. Most sals take place in the evening time because it is hot during the daytime, says Khaja.

  The kumbhabhishekam of Kottur Prasana Venkatesh Perumal Temple is going to be held on January 2024. It will be on for three days. The temple staff say that this temple is over 1000 years old. They said that this place called Kottur was once called as Kottu idai konda ooru. During the repair work in the temple, people can come and worship the god in balalayam.   The chief executive of the temple is Narayani.
