Would you like to sign up for drawing / art classes in Kottur?


Go to this centre in Kottur Chellappa Garden Street, located  near Kotturpuram MRTS railway station. 


A certificate diploma fine arts course is offered. The diploma course is for one year and starts from June 2023. Age - should be above 15. Course fees 30,000.

Kumbhabhishekam of Kottur temple in January 2024.

  The kumbhabhishekam of Kottur Prasana Venkatesh Perumal Temple is going to be held on January 2024. It will be on for three days. The temple staff say that this temple is over 1000 years old. They said that this place called Kottur was once called as Kottu idai konda ooru. During the repair work in the temple, people can come and worship the god in balalayam.   The chief executive of the temple is Narayani.
