TANGEDCO workers brave sun to arrange power supply to private house

 



Workers of TANGEDCO, which supplies power to the city were seen working on Beemanna Garden Street,Alwarpet.

They said they were proving a power supply connection to a new bungalow.

There were six workers at this spot.

Govt.-run primary school in Triplicane open for admission

  Admission is open now at the Orunginaindha Kulaindhaigal Maiyam located on Venkatrangam Street,  Triplicane.   This school is managed by the state government from 2010. Shakila is in-charge of this school. She said that admissions go on till September when Vijayathasami is celebrated. The teachers go out into the area voluntarily and talk to parents of young children and try and get them admitted to this school.
